The Following Staff Positions are Available
Messageboard Moderator:
Unlike other rmessageboards your job will not only be to edit members post and watch out for spam, but to also fill in your section and keep it active. Example: if you are Mod of the TV & Movies section, your responsibility would be to start discussions about TV shows and Movies. If you are mod of wrestling, then your responsibility would be to post all the news you find on wrestling. We will provide you with links/sources.
Internet Promoter:
We have many accounts on social networking sites like Myspace, Mijente, Tagged, Myyearbook etc. and we need someone to take over an account, add friends, chat with people, tell them about our website and messageboard etc.
Video Uploader:
We also have accounts on video sharing websites like youtube, Dailymotion, Zippyvideos etc. All we need is someone to upload the videos we send. That's right, we even give you the videos! Very easy.
Photographer (Girls Only):
If there is one thing we need to improve this website it's to get our own photos and videos. So if you are a female, have a camera of your own and are able to get girls to kiss for you on camera then this is the job for you. Please be advice that the photo(so) you take can NOT be seen anywhere else. They must be sent to us and only for us. After we place our logo on them you can then save it and upload the edited ones. We do not want people to accuse us of stealing photos.
Representative (Girls Only):
Basically represent us at Pride events or any other lesbian based event.
***Please note these are non-paying jobs. We want people that are determined to make a difference and feel in their hearts that supporting the right for girls to kiss is important. Besides the best workers have been the ones that do it because they want to not because they have to.***
One thing we ask from folks that are interested is dedication, time and communication. For us to grow as an organization we need staff members that are dedicated. If you have free time, spend it working with us. Another very important issue is communication. We don't want to add you to staff today then we don't hear from you in 4 months. It is very important that you communicate with one of the admins.
