>>>School Surveillance Camera Catches Girls Kissing-Girl Transferred
Keith Dean of Gig Harbor High School, saw the two female students holding hands and kissing, he took the tape and showed it to their parents because “they had asked him a few weeks earlier to alert them to any conduct by their daughter that was out of the ordinary” Out of the ordinary? Are you kidding me? These parents obviously don’t understand that their daughter kissing another girl is normal. I would be worried if she was kissing a guy, because who knows what else she could be doing with him and sure, she could do the same with the other girl, but at least a girl can’t get her pregnant.

Eventually one of the girls parents transferred her out of the Peninsula School District, which is northwest of Tacoma.

Both girls believe that their privacy was invaded and that they did nothing wrong. We here at WIGK agree. They did nothing wrong

One of the girls, aged 17 said it was a small peck on the lips. "We weren't doing anything inappropriate, nothing anyone else wouldn't do," she said.

Keith says that he would have done the same thing had it been a boy and a girl kissing. Yeah right. I doubt that he would go through the trouble of getting the tape from the surveillance camera and show the parents because a guy gave their daughter a peck on the lips. Too much trouble for something that means nothing and that’s what the kiss between the two girls was, nothing.

Since then the rules have changed for the school. Public Display of affection is a violation of the schools rules, but now they will simply give out a warning. The surveillance video can no longer be shared and/or given to parents upon their request.

Keith in his defense says "They're paying good money for us to make their kids good citizens," he said. "Whatever that means to the parents, I'll do it." So wait, girls kissing each other makes them bad citizens? What are they terrorists? We go to school to learn about Science, math and history and not to be told who we can and cannot kiss. That’s where our money goes to. Education.

If the parents think that transferring their daughter will change anything, they are
strongly mistaken. As long as it’s legal and doesn’t hurt anyone, she will continue to do.
